We offer many different kinds of mortgage products to help you qualify for the best possible loan. Our experienced staff is ready to help you choose the right product for you. We are happy to have you call us or visit a local branch to meet with one of our qualified loan representatives to help you determine which loan type is best for your needs.

Conventional Loans

With a fixed rate mortgage loan, the interest rate and your monthly principal mortgage payments remain fixed for the entire term of the loan. Generally, the shorter the term of a loan, the lower the interest rate.

A conventional loan may also be used to pay off your existing mortgage in order to lower your interest rate or shorten the loan term. With this option, you may be able to include the closing cost in your loan without spending any money out of pocket.

FHA Loans

Federal Housing Administration loans have lower down payment requirements and are easier to qualify for than conventional loans.

Construction Loans

Are you ready to build the home of your dreams? We can help with that and offer flexible financing solutions whether you build on your own property, or purchase a lot in a subdivision. We work with you and your builder to make building your home a worry free process.

Home Improvement Loans
