Home » eServices Lost-Stolen Card To report a lost or stolen Debit Card: Call: Log on: You may also log in to your Digital Banking and report your card lost or stolen. From your dashboard, click on Card Management. Select the card and your would like to report Lost/Stolen and click lost/stolen. In the pop up box click on the button next to lost or stolen and click report. Please note: The card must be linked to your online banking. (Your current debit card will be deactivated and you will need to visit one of our local branch locations to reorder a new card.) To report a lost or stolen Credit Card: Call: 800.367.7576 for 24/7 Card Member Assistance If you know your full sixteen (16) digit credit card number, you may enter the information or press 1 to report your lost or stolen credit card. Please be prepared to provide as much information as possible, including: Full credit card number of the card that is missing Are you the primary or secondary cardholder Cardholders exact name as printed on the card Billing Address - where your credit card bill is sent each month Home phone number Circumstances of the loss or theft Identification verification information - social security number or similar, date of birth and mother's maiden name Please note: If you are the secondary cardholder for this account, you will also need to provide details about the primary cardholders identification.
