To report a lost or stolen Debit Card:

Log on:

  • You may also log in to your online banking and report your card lost or stolen.   
  • Access the Options Tab and select the ATM/Debit Card sub tab.
  • Select the Lost/Stolen button and submit the option.
Please note:  The card must be linked to your online banking.
(Your current debit card will be deactivated and you will need to visit one of our local branch locations to reorder a new card.)
 

To report a lost or stolen Credit Card:

If you know your full sixteen (16) digit credit card number, you may enter the information or press 1 to report your lost or stolen credit card.  Please be prepared to provide as much information as possible, including:
 
  • Full credit card number of the card that is missing
  • Are you the primary or secondary cardholder
  • Cardholders exact name as printed on the card
  • Billing Address - where your credit card bill is sent each month
  • Home phone number
  • Circumstances of the loss or theft
  • Identification verification information - social security number or similar, date of birth and mother's maiden name
 
Please note: If you are the secondary cardholder for this account, you will also need to provide details about the primary cardholders identification.
